This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on HR expertise, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will report to the appropriate executive/manager and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
1.
Talent Aquisition o Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring the selection of high-quality candidates.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruiting partners.
o Implement effective strategies for sourcing and attracting top talent.
2.
Employee Relations:
o Provide guidance and counsel to employees on HR policies and procedures.
o Address employee concerns and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
o Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
3.
Performance Management:
o Develop and oversee the performance appraisal process.
o Work with department heads to establish KPIs and performance goals.
o Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide feedback as needed.
4.
Training and Development:
o Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills.
o Promote professional development opportunities within the organization.
o Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives.
5.
Benefits Administration:
o Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
o Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
o Address employee questions and issues related to benefits.
6.
HR Policies and Compliance:
o Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
o Stay current with HR laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.
o Conduct internal HR audits to maintain best practices.
General
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (not required but preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management or SHRM certification.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for problem-solving.
Experience with Paycor Software KPIs:
Recruitment Metrics Time-to-fill for open positions.
Quality of hire as determined by retention and performance evaluations.
Recruitment cost per hire.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
Employee turnover rate.
Employee satisfaction scores based on surveys.
Successful implementation of retention initiatives.
Performance Management:
Achievement of departmental and individual performance goals.
Frequency and effectiveness of performance evaluations.
Training and Development:
Percentage of employees participating in training programs.
Measurable improvement in employee skills and competencies.
Benefits Administration:
Timely resolution of employee benefit inquiries and issues.
Compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
HR Policy and Compliance:
Successful completion of internal HR audits.
Zero or minimal HR-related compliance issues.
Standards:
HR Numbers reported on Company Financial Scorecard by Friday each week.
Successful management of HR support staff with no recurring complaints.
Special requirements:
Reading one new personal development book or audio per half year and provide review Possess a creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements and a desire for continual learning and self-improvement.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
