Customer Service Representative We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Checking inventory records to determine availability of requested merchandise Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions Entering orders and recording comments as well as actions taken Upselling and suggesting add-ons or related products Resolving customer service issues or billing complaints Exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills Initiating product procurement for approval of inter-branch transfer of merchandise Notifying appropriate purchasing agents when supplies of specific items are low Sending out product samples and literature Competencies:
Customer Focus Communication Building Trust Sense of Ownership
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent certification College courses or equivalent training and experience, a plus Previous sales and/or customer service skills, a plus Excellent time management and organizational skills General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Palmer-Donavin participates in E-Verify, is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and operates a Drug Free Work Place, a policy which prohibits the use, possession, and/or distribution of medical marijuana in the workplace.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
