Salary / DOE Health Insurance Dental Insurance 401(k) matching PTOJob DetailsLooking for a Benefits & Health Analyst to join the team, who is knowledgeable with data analytic tools, like Excel, SQL, other data visualization tools, and understanding health & benefits trends and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze health and benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, wellness, and 401(k).
Utilize data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL to identify trends, patterns, and cost containment opportunities.
Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of health and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to health and benefits programs.
Create data visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments to design and implement health and benefits programs that meet the needs of employees.
Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact health and benefits programs.
Regularly report on the performance and cost of health and benefits programs to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Health Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Benefits and Health Analyst or similar role.
Strong knowledge of health and benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, wellness, and 401(k).
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL.
Experience with data visualization and ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to health and benefits programs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to develop cost-saving strategies.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
