This position is primarily responsible for assisting in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and service agreements for compliance with corporate policies and corporate risk management strategies. Work with a variety of company staff members to draft and review standard sales agreements and draft amendments to standard sales agreements subject to corporate policies and goals. Minimize and/or eliminate risk contractually by effectively negotiating terms that protect and benefit the company. Review and draft agreements including but not limited to nondisclosure agreements, releases, notes and lease agreements.
