Safely handle materials in and out of fixed rack locations, some of which are double deep, multi-pallet locations up to 40 feet in height.
Safely operate Powered Equipment in an array of surroundings and multi-temperature settings, including sub-zero degrees.
Audit - receiving, pick and put away processes and finished product in shipping locations.
Perform additional duties, as assigned.
Maintain reasonable and reliable attendance Education and
Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent.
6 months to 1 year using inventory scanning Radio Frequency (RF) equipment - Preferable.
Excellent reading and math skills (counting, adding and subtracting) required.
Skills:
KNOWLEDGE English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar.
Mathematics - Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
SKILLS Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
Reading Comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
Mathematics - Using mathematics to solve problems.
6 months to 1 year experience previous forklift experience using a stock picker Physical Demand/Work Effort:
Must successfully complete pre-employment screening Standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching while gripping and lifting boxes weighing up to 75lbs or more at all levels from floor to above the head Ability to work in demanding circumstances (heights of 40 feet within OSHA regulations, adverse weather/cold storage (-10 to 40 ) for an entire 10 hour shift Ability to walk or stand for an entire 10 hour shift Pay is $24/hr (with seasonal increase and shift differential) #INDOH Job Types:
